Nokia's Carbon Arte has been given the Goldstriker treatment with a platinum and diamond make-over to become the "Nokia Royal".
1160 diamonds - around 8.2 carats in all - adorn the mobile that gets its carbon fibre cover removed and replaced with solid platinum sheets secured with 8 handmade platinum screws, adding 65 grams to the handset's weight.
Complete with luxury granite and leather handmade box, 50 of the Royals are due to go on sale at the Colette store in Paris. Pricing not revealed.
