Benq launch 12.1-inch high definition wide screen notebook

Benq has announced the launch of the world's first 12.1 (1280 X 800 resolution) wide screen PC notebook - the BenQ Joybook 6000.

Small, compact, lightweight the unit is capable of providing 8 hours Battery Life (with a second battery); has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless networking capabilities for Internet access anywhere and a new front-end air intake ventilation system for superior cooling and stability.

The Joybook 6000 will be available from the beginning of March. UK pricing has yet to be confirmed.
