Way of the Samurai 3 to port to Xbox 360

PlayStation loses another exclusive

PlayStation are getting ready to wave goodbye to another exclusive series, as Way of the Samurai 3 is set to make the platform jump to Xbox 360.

Originally released for PlayStation 3 in November, Way of the Samurai 3 debuted in Japan with 81,000 copies sold. Although this is certainly not a number to be sniffed at, developers Acquire and Spike want to try and up sales with a port over to Sony's big rival.

The Xbox version is dated for a 26 February release in Japan, and will feature "new elements" and some sort of DLC.

So far no news as to when we can expect a Western release, but if the developers are looking for more sales, an expansion outside of Japan certainly seems like the next viable option.
