Rock Band gets a trio of festive tracks

22 December 2008 19:12 GMT / By Verity Burns

Rock Band is chipping in to help your festive mood with a special Rock Band 2 Christmas song pack, as well as a couple of Foo Fighter tracks as well.

The Christmas song pack is made up of "Hanukkah Blessings" by Barenaked Ladies (also seen in the Lips festive pack), "Christmas is the Time To Say I Love You" by Billy Squier, and "Blue Christmas" by The Pretenders.

Called the Rockin' The Holidays pack, the trio of festive tunes will cost just 240 Microsoft Points (£2.04), or you can buy them separately for 80 MSP (68p).

If you're quite honestly fed up with all the Christmas hullabaloo, you can escape it with three Foo Fighter tracks that include, "DOA", "Times Like These" and "This Is A Call". These will be available at the usual price of 440 MSP (£3.74) for the bundle, or 160 MSP each (£1.36).

All songs will be available from 23 December.
