Art Style Rotohex in four-strong WiiWare update

As promised last week after the release of the first game in the Art Style Series, this week's WiiWare update offers you the second title in the collection - Rotohex.

Described as a "fast-paced puzzle game", you can play solo or with a friend, as you attempt to arrange the falling coloured triangles into hexagons of the same shape, which then causes them to disappear.

There are unlockable modes as you progress through the game, including "Endless Mode" and "Sprint Mode" that are designed to test your skill and endurance. You'll need 600 Wii Points for this little puzzler.

Another puzzle game also priced at 600 Wii Points is Bang! The idea is to find a pair of identical objects and then smash them with you hammer to build up your points. Just watch out for bananas that will try to slip you up as you do.

You can play on your own, or pit your wits against a friend – there are 40 levels for you to smash your way through as you attempt to reach champion status for ultimate bragging rights.

Third up this week is Pit Crew Panic! As manager of an all-girl pit crew, you have to try and get repairs on a rather wacky range of machines called Whatsits done as fast as possible.

The game has three different modes that include the ability for players to compete against the computer, friends and people across the world online. Each mode can be played with up to four Wii Remotes as well, so there's plenty of chance for friends and family to get involved. This is also 600 Wii Points.

Rounding off the WiiWare update this week for 1000 Wii Points is Strong Bad Episode 4: Dangeresque 3. After Episode 3 was released last week, the fourth chapter is here, which will see you transformed into a dirty cop in pursuit of a little action and several big sacks of cash. As you'd expect you have an arch-nemesis to defeat, a world to save, and a girl to win over. All in a day's work.
