Metal Gear Online hits 1 million members

Konami celebrates with free in-game points

Konami has announced that Metal Gear Online, the multiplayer component of MGS4 launched in June, now has more then one million members signed up to play.

As a thank you, Konami is going to be giving out free in-game points between 25th November and 9th December.

Log on to play during that two-week period and you'll get 10,000 for gratis, as well as being entered into a draw to win 100,000 points.

Players can of course spend these points in the in-game Reward Shop, where you can buy things such as new costumers for your character. Lovely.

Note the dates in your diary and make sure you're playing at some point during them to take advantage.
