Well this certainly puts Sony's limited edition Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 to shame.

This custom-made PS3 has been designed by the clever folk at Morpheon Mods and is now for sale on eBay.

Aside from the laser-cut, stainless steel MGS4 marquee, the laser-etched image of Solid Snake, the carbon fibre Fox Hound logo on the back, and 15 white micro LEDs that light up the console's detailing in the dark, this one-of-a-kind mod also features the autographs of the series creator Hideo Kojima and Naomi Hunter's real-life model, Yumi Kikuchi.

And if that wasn't enough for you, this little piece of artwork has been wrapped around a backwards compatible 60GB PS3 and comes with a matching modded controller, as well as loads of Metal Gear Solid swag thrown in as well.

The extra goodies you can expect thrown in include a limited edition GA-KO alarm clock, an MGS4 t-shirt, a custom embroidered Otacon patch, a hardback MGS4 strategy guide and a custom made Fox Hound hardcase to carry the PS3 and all the accessories.

Bidding for the item has already reached nearly $7,000, with six days to go - and 15% of whatever it makes is going to children's charity Child's Play. Head over to eBay for the full list of included items, and tons more pictures.
