Announced PSP bundles may not make the UK

Plus a mix up over UK price and release date

Sony has said that the PSP-3000 bundles announced at Leipzig last month may not be the same as we get in the UK.

In fact, the silver PSP-3000 plus Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, bundle and black PSP-3000 plus 4GB Memory Stick entertainment pack may not make it over here at all, although the company did not suggest what alternative would be offered.

Sony also said that the price of £149.99 and release date of 17th October quoted recently was actually for a bundle and not the standalone console.

In fact, the platform holder added that the PSP-3000 will not be sold separately in the UK for a few months after the bundles hit the shelves.

Fingers crossed we should get something more solid soon.
