Verbatim has announced two new high-performance gaming mice - Rapier V1 and Rapier V2, that will help PC gamers get that accuracy they need.

Gamers will enjoy resolution of upto 3,200dpi and customisable weighting, as well as market-leading acceleration of 20G.

The differences offered between the two mice are that you can get 40ips with V2 and 65ips with V1, while the weighing you can add differs between seven weights of V2 and five on V1.

The mice come with supplied software that gives gamers the opportunity to save individual settings for each of their games. There are also three macro settings which are useful for things such as continuous shooting or running in first-person shooter games.

Both gaming mice are powered via USB, with the connecter on V1 being gold to provide an even better connection.

Both mice will be available in stores in time for Christmas they will retail for around £24.99 for V1 and £ 34.99 for V2.
