Tiger Woods 09 free demo on PSN

Although what it contains remains a mystery...

European PS3 owners will be able to download a free demo of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 from the 7th August.

However, currently no details have been released by EA as to what the demo consists of, or whether the demo will be released on Xbox Live. It may be a case of download and see what you get.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 offers features such as coaching from Hank Haney, a Club Tuner for making sure your clubs are just right and four-player online gaming.

PS3 and 360 owners will get to compete for things such as longest drives, whille the Wii version makes full use of the console's motion-sensor controls.

The game's due out on full release on 29th August in Europe. Expect to see it for PS3, 360, Wii, PS2 and PSP.
