Merry Christmas from all the team at Pocket-lint.co.uk. We hope that Santa brought you all the gadgets and gizmos that you wanted this year.
Thanks to you, the site has continued to grow over the last year; 2005 has been our busiest year yet.
We posted over 500 reviews and 1300 news stories so you could keep up with the latest news and reviews as it happened.
We also had almost 5 million visitors to the site looking at some 14 million pages in 2005, doubling last year's figures.
2005 has also seen our inaugural awards - The Fluffies, which rewarded companies for producing great gadgets and was a huge success seeing over 6000 people vote for the Gadget of the Year Award in association with Vodafone.
Finally, we also launched our members area allowing members to access pages with no ads, have early access to reviews, use the news and reviews alert system to let you know when we post a story on a specific subject and the GeekFriend service which promises to help you with your technology queries.
If this is your first time on the site or the Internet, then welcome to a world of gadgets and gizmos. We hope that you are enjoying your first couple of steps.
We will be resuming a full service tomorrow with new reviews being posted throughout the week.
See you back on the site soon.
