Wii Music gets October release date for Japan

No news on Europe though...

Nintendo has announced that Wii Music will hit the shelves in Japan before Christmas.

In fact, Japanese gamers will be able to get their hands on the new music game on 16th October according to IT Media.

There's no news on when us European gamers can expect it, and although America awaits a date too, they have a little more hope to expect it before the year is out.

Nintendo US bigwig Cammie Dunaway said that the games showing during E3 - of which Wii Music was one - were all part of the 2008 catalogue.

We'll keep you updated with any news we hear on a European release.
