Here's a solution to all the AA batteries you've probably been getting through for your Wii remote.

Sanyo has developed the Eneloop charging station complete with battery pack replacement pack and a charging base that can give up to four controllers a boost at once.

It'll take around 220 minutes to charge a remote. What's more, the recharger uses a contact-free electromagnetic system so you don't need to remove your battery pack to charge.

It's the first Nintendo-licensed recharger, and is available for $73 as an import item. Still, we reckon it won't be long until we see it appear on this side of the pond.
