More Mario and Zelda games are in the pipeline, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata revealed on Tuesday.

Iwata said the development teams were "hard at work" on new titles for both franchises. He also went on to say that they were being developed for Wii, but stopped short of giving out any titles or expected dates for release.

Also revealed was the fact that the DS Zelda team is also back to work on a new title, but once more we were left on a cliffhanger with no more information to go on than that.

When we get more - we'll get it to you sharpish.
