This is Street Fighter IV producer Yoshinori Ono holding up the new Japanese Street Fighter IV publicity poster.
Despite the fact it looks a little like the GTA IV "IV" poster, we quite like it. There are two different colours of the poster, with the same basic layout, just with different characters featured in the "IV".
