Now the news is official - Bioshock is being developed for PS3 - you can expect to see a few more of these floating around over the coming months.

These two screens come courtesy of Alyssa Finley, 2K Marin's Executive Producer, who has also delivered some information on the development of the game on PS3 via the PlayStation Blog.

There are three 2K studios working on the game's development - 2K Marin, 2K Australia and 2K Boston.

While she gave no specific details about any unique content on the PS3 version, she stated: "I can mention the work of one Boston team member, Ian Bond, who has been optimizing and refactoring the physics simulation for the game to take the maximum advantage of the PS3 hardware."
