Lexicon Entertainment have announced the first range in its series of price-conscious releases for Nintendo DS.

The Super Brain Tease range will be released for the handheld console with five specialist subjects to choose from - football, geography, music, movies and history.

Each will sell for £9.99, as is intended for the rest of the low price releases from the publisher.

Christopher Allcroft, president of publishing for Lexicon Entertainment UK Ltd said: "Super Brain Tease is a perfect pick up and play range on the Nintendo DS. There are a lot of fun elements within the products and a £9.99 price point is what we are driving".

Apparently suitable for 15 minute at a time gaming sessions, each version has hundreds of different questions with videos and pictures and eight types of rounds.

The games should be released in time for Christmas.
