Atari is going to bring the Namco Bandai-developed Family Trainer to Europe in September.

Exclusive to the Wii, the title was first released in Japan and comes with its own dance mat for "total body gameplay". The only difference will be the name - it'll be called Active Life: Athletic World in the US. Bit of a mouthful we reckon.

There's plenty of activities to make you look stupid (see picture for proof) but while having a good amount of fun as well. Think things like rafting on the river, racing mine carts, jumping over logs and skipping ropes.

You can do it on your own if you'd rather no one watching, or with and against friends for a bit of a giggle - all on one mat.

Look out for the Wii Fit-esque game around September.
