Registration for the Flora London Marathon closed ages ago, but if you still fancy pounding the streets of the big smoke one Sunday in April, there are quite a few charities that might want to hear from you.

Realbuzz.com has a list of charities that might still have spaces. No guarantees, but if you're really keen, there's still time.
