Truphone has announced the availability of its Truphone Anywhere application for the Android-based G1.Truphone Anywhere for Android claims to deliver an "all-in-one conversations hub" that allows customers to take advantage of what the company says are low international call rates.
As well as being able to make those low-cost international voice calls, Truphone customers can instant message their friends across a variety of networks including MSN, Yahoo!, Google Talk and Twitter from within one Android application.
Customers can also call friends anywhere in the world on Google Talk for the price of a local call, with support for Skype calls and IM coming soon.
The application is available now as a free download on the Android Marketplace in the UK and the US. Phones, Android, Google, Truphone, VoIP, T-Mobile
