Apple opens second-hand store in China

Pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap

Apple has launched an online shop selling second-hand Apple products in China, apparently in an attempt to "beef up" its business in the country.

The products on offer are refurbished so have been previously sold and returned to Apple and then have undergone quality tests, the company's site says.

Similar to the refurb deals available online in the UK, Europe and US, the Apple wares on offer are discounted by as much as 22% with iPod shuffles priced from $44.
