iPhone nano rumours won't go away
June launch is latest whisper

Despite no mention of it during this year's Schiller-delivered Macworld keynote, the rumours that Apple is planning to launch an iPhone "nano" will not go away.
The latest mention of the device, as yet completely unconfirmed by Apple and supposedly a scaled down, lower cost, likely smaller model, comes from Taiwanese manufacturing sources.
The Chinese-language Economic Daily News has reported that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and United Microelectronics Corporation are likely to "land chip orders for Apple's low-cost entry-level iPhone nano", as reports DigiTimes.
According to the the paper, and DigiTimes' translation, the chip orders are expected in March with the launch of Apple's iPhone nano expected to take place in June 2009 at the earliest. We'll keep you informed.
