The Samsung P2370L is one of three new monitors the Korean company launched into its "Touch of Color" range at CES. Due to be available in March 2009, Samsung describes the monitor as slim and eco-friendly.

Specs include a 1080p Full HD, a 16:9 aspect ratio, 2ms response time and the claim to consume half the normal wattage of other monitors by using two-lamp low power consumption.

Offering a transparent plastic bezel with "rich grey colouring" that is said to give it a glass-like appearance, check out our gallery of images that shows the new offering.

  • Epic fail right there. They go and make a super thin monitor, which would be perfect for wall-mounting, and then they position the connectors so that they jut out the back. How the hell are you going to wall-mount that?

If that gets fixed before it ships then 10/10 :D

  • its a 23 inch monitor it would be pointless to mount it on a wall. there is no hdmi input or speakers so it is clearly meant for a desk. leds look better and ar more energy efficient the slenderness of it is just a plus. Posted by Mike, U.S.A.
  • No 19"? No VGA or HDMI? Not Wallmountable? Come on Samsung. Let's do this right. Posted by britegray, USA
  • Epic fail right there even thinking about wall mounting a monitor with such glossy design. :P

and apparently looking from the registered model numbers, it's gonna be released in 20", 22" and 23".
