The newly announced camcorder features a Digic DV III image processor, an 8.59-megapixel full HD CMOS image sensor, and the ability to take 8-megapixel digital photographs.
Other features include face detection that will detect up to 35 faces, an advanced auto exposure system, and both Video Snapshot and Dual Shot modes.
The HF S10 offers the option of recording content to a 32GB internal flash drive, or directly to an SDHC card.
