T-Mobile launches G1 YouTube channel

Post video questions about your phone

6 January 2009 13:17 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

T-Mobile says it is changing the way its customers find answers to their T-Mobile phone related questions with the launch of the T-Mobile YouTube G1 Channel.

The new channel allows customers to post questions about their Android-based phone and receive written and video answers from both T-Mobile's experts and other consumers.

Described as "the next evolution in T-Mobile's relationships with its customers", the operator promises blogs, tips, tricks and continually updated short clips on how to use the T-Mobile G1.

Currently the channel offers a series of how-to type videos on topics such as set-up, using the camera, contacts, etc, but T-Mobile promises "expert staff" on hand to monitor and provide customer support.

  • Hello,I am user of the G1 phone, and I think it beats the iPhone by a good distance.

    Just on Question:
Why doesn't the 'shopsavvy' application recognize the barcodes of food and drink products?

    Thanks,
