Got a spare grand kicking around to splash on a swanky handset? No, us neither, but there are folk out there who might like to know that the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte is on sale in the UK now for a shade under that.

Online retailer eXpansys is offering the high-end phone on a handset-only basis for £949.99. If that seems a little steep, then you can pick one up for just £559.99 - if you sign up to an 18-month, £35 per month T-Mobile contract.
