Kodak is the latest Blue-chip brand to launch an iPhone app as it hopes to enjoy the same success Flickr, the photo sharing site, has been receiving of late.

The KODAK Gallery iPhone App according to the camera company will give users easy access to their Gallery pictures as well as the ability to upload new pictures taken with iPhone to their KODAK Gallery online photo albums.

"There are millions of iPhone users out there and we are thrilled to offer an easy and convenient way for them to upload new pictures, show off their existing Gallery pictures and relive their favourite moments on the go", said Victor Cho, General Manager of KODAK Gallery.

The app will allow you to browse your entire Kodak Gallery via the iPhone, as well as viewing pictures in slideshow. The company has also said that users will be able to share Gallery pictures with people on their iPhone's contact list.

Once pictures are online at KODAK Gallery, consumers can also order KODAK prints to be delivered to their home.

KODAK Gallery is available free from Apple's App Store on iPhone and iPod Touch at iTunes.
