Vuzix has announced that its iWear range is now compatible with an increasing range of mobile handsets.

Handsets such as the HTC Touch Pro, LG Viewty, the Nokia 6500 and N96, Samsung's Innov8 and Omnia models - as well as Apple devices and the N95 - are compatible with the full range of Vuzix personal video headsets, including the two latest models, the AV230XL and the widescreen AV310WS.

All of the iWear video headsets are supplied with a cable that connects to the iPhone as well as the full iPod range.

The Vuzix box also includes a lead that connects direct to the Nokia N95 and N96 while a further "video in" cable is included that allows hook-up with some of the other handsets listed.
