Navigon is claiming to have the perfect stocking filler in its two new GPS devices - both of which are available from Halfords for less than £100.

The Navigon 1200 and 2200 are both entry level satnavs with slim black cases and 3.5-inch screens.

They are claimed to be ideal for "people who do not require all the navigation functions that are technically feasible nowadays but still want quality, reliability, easy operation and attractive design".

The 1200 offers smart address entry, advanced lane guidance at complex junctions, speed limits and safety camera warnings, real signpost information at motorway exits, as well as route planning designed to reduce distances and save fuel.

And you also get full UK and Ireland mapping.

The 2200 product adds lifetime Advanced Premium Traffic information as standard as well as text to speech voice instructions.

Both are available from Halfords priced at £69.99 for the 1200 and £99.99 for the 2200.
