The new 1080p TV boasts a dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000:1, there's a 450cd/m2 brightness, a response time of 6ms and 176-degree viewing angle.

Sound-wise the TV boasts Dolby Digital and two 10 Watt speakers, with auto-adjust technology.

With a piano black finish, and complete with Energy Saving Recommended badge, the Sharp LC-46D65 LCD TV will be available in the UK from the end of November 2008, retail price TBC.
