WeFi delivers 10 million Wi-Fi access points
Also hits 1 million users worldwide in 215 countries

WeFi has hit a landmark and passed 10 million recognised Wi-Fi access points.
The company, which claims to have provided the world's first open, community-based global Wi-Fi network, has also announced that it now has more than one million users in 215 countries.
WeFi explains: "As the network is user-generated, the more users, the more access points discovered and added to the network".
WeFi uses downloadable software that enables automatic connection to the best Wi-Fi hotspot around, and there are versions for for PC, Symbian, and Windows Mobile platforms.
Once connected, WeFi users can map and rank open hotspots in any given location around the world.
And the company has even added applications on Facebook and Twitter so users can let others know where the best hotspots are when they are social networking.
