An American couple are suing McDonald's for a whooping £2 millio.

The case revolves around some naughty pics of Tina Sherman, which she had sent to her husband Phillip's phone.

Phillip accidentally left the phone in a McDonald's franchise in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

He says that the staff promised to look after the phone until he could come back for it, but in the the meantime, the nude pictures found their way onto the Internet.

Mrs Sherman alleges that she has been receiving offensive calls and text messages since then.

The Shermans are demanding recompense because they claim they have had to move home because Tina's name, address, and phone number appeared online along with the photos, and that they have suffered emotional distress, embarrassment and damage to their reputations.
