Pocket-lint's Movember team nearly hits £1000

Sponsor the chaps during the final frantic week of the follicle-growing fest

24 November 2008 13:17 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

There's just 1 week to go before Movember is over, and the Pocket-lint Mo team's upper lips are bristling with newly-grown moustaches for the charity event.

Stuart Miles, Chris Hall, Ben Harvard Taylor, Rob Kerr, Gordon Kelly and Andrew "Spode" Miller have all been carefully cultivating their facial fur for the big finale at the end of this week.

The new facial follicles are being grown to raise money and awareness for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

Between them, the moustachioed men have raised nearly £1000 with the tally currently on an impressive £958, but more money means more towards the good cause - so new sponsors are always welcome.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed and keep checking Pocket-lint this week for updates and a final photo gallery of the chap's 'taches on Friday's deadline day.
