World's slimmest weather station

21 November 2008 17:38 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

Oregon Scientific has launched the Weather Box - apparently the world’s thinnest weather station.

As well as desktop use, it can be wall-mounted and will keep you in the know with indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity.

There's also a weather forecast to keep you informed of the future weather conditions as well, with what's said to be easy to read symbols.

In addition, the gadget offers a radio-controlled clock that will always be accurate, complete with calendar display and an alarm with snooze feature.

The Weather Box is available direct from www.oregonscientific.co.uk for £39.99.
