Hercules brings DJing to the PC masses

Hercules, the company famed for Graphics cards is turning its eye to the music business with the launch of the DJ Control MP3 a mixing console for the bedroom Dj that connects to a PC.

The DJ control MP3 is DJ mixing controller for PC that will allow users to mixes in a flash, personalise music and host parties DJ-style by creating their own set lists from their MP3 collection.

“Hercules was the first to launch a portable dual-deck mixing controller
with integrated audio, the DJ Console, allowing amateur DJs to mix music anywhere using only their computer,” explains François Garet, Development Director for the Hercules Music product line. “DJ Control MP3 puts DJing within reach of a much larger and more demanding cross-section of the public”.

The unit features two jog wheels emulating two vinyl turntables, a cross fader slider and two volume sliders, eight EQ and pitch knobs and 28 action buttons, you can really heat things up at your parties!

Effects, loops and changes in tempo let you adapt the music without any interruptions, modulate songs according to your taste, and put your own musical mark on the mixes.

DJ Control MP3 will be available from Friday 11 November 2005, at a suggested retail price of £79.99
