If you're thinking of going Christmas shopping this weekend, this recommendation will be just in time.

If, like me, you can't bear the crowds and the mania surrounding going shopping at this time of year, Mallplace (despite the Americanised name) is a great idea.

A virtual shopping centre, you're free to roam the deserted "lanes" of stores and then casually drop in to which ever takes your fancy.

I love this site - it means I can get my shopping done and still be in a good mood on a Saturday afternoon.
