Epson launches netbook - the Endeavour

Who's next?

This was an unexpected one - Epson has joined the crowd and unveiled its own netbook.

The Endeavour Na01 is only on sale only in Japan for the time being, but it may make it to the West.

The specs are fairly standard - you've got an 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB memory, a 10.2-inch LCD screen, a 160GB HDD and Windows XP.

But also worth a mention is the USB, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, VGA and multi card reader, but it's not cheap at £333.
