Sky Mobile finally comes to 3 customers

£5 monthly charge for access

19 November 2008 10:40 GMT / By Katie Scott

It's taken a while but Sky has now made its mobile TV service available to 3 UK customers.

The deal means that 3 phone owners will be able to get access to a whole range of Sky channels including the Sky Sports channels, Sky News, At The Races and CNN from their handsets.

The deal will cost £5 a month, but if you are a 3 customer who is not on a unlimited data bundle, you will also have to pay an additional £2.50 per month.

Sky Mobile TV is now available via all four major operators with a mobile TV offering, excluding O2.

There's no news as to when the latter is going to sign up, if at all.
