Following on from the success of its application for the iPhone, the team behind MySpace has teamed up with RIM to launch a similar app for BlackBerry phones.

The app gives access to all of the features of the social network, including receiving updates, uploading pics and sending messages "in real time".

However, the interface has been specifically redesigned for use on mobile phones.

Media Week reports that the MySpace mobile site receives more than two million daily unique mobile visits, while the MySpace iPhone application received 1.7 million daily unique mobile visits in July.
