ViewSonic has launched a new full HD 1080p LCD monitor, the VX2260wm, a 22-incher that the company says is a "complete live environment personal media center".The screen offers a 16:9 display, that ViewSonic claims is an "ergonomic" ratio offering a "comfortable viewing environment that protects users' eyes thereby preventing them from feeling tired".
With "high brightness" and a 2ms video response time, the contrast ratio comes in at 20,000:1, there's HDMI and DVI-D with HDCP connectivity and the monitor offers an eco mode that reduces power consumption.
Complete with integrated stereo speakers with SRS WOW HD stereo sound, the VX2260wm will be available in November for £162 excluding VAT and comes with a 3-year warranty. Hardware, Monitors, Viewsonic
