Cowon O2 to launch in the UK

Digital Audio Distribution has announced it will sell the Cowon O2 PMP in the UK.
Describing the device as a "stunning new fusion of portable audiovisual technology", the O2 will be available in 16GB and 32GB models.
With a 4.3-inch, 16.7 million colour, 480 x 272 TFT LCD screen, the O2 has a open-source SDK for user-developed programs.
It offers support for AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, MATROSKA(MKV), OGM, MPG/MPEG, DAT, MTV video files and MP3/2/1, WMA, ASF, AC3, FLAC, OGG, M4A, MATROSKA(MKA), TTA, APE, MPC, WV, WAV audio formats.
Battery life comes in at 18 hours for audio, 8 hours for video playback and it can also function as a photo, document and TXT viewer.
Pricing is £209 for the 16GB model and £249 for the 32GB version.
