Asus F6V Fragrant notebook announced

Stinking idea?

On top of launching a bamboo and all-in-one touchy feely PC, Asus have also announced their new F6V "Fragrant" PC special editions.

The special line of fashion-conscious PCs are said to emit a "stunning" fragrance when in use - presumably to counter the stench of dirty laundry in your student flat. This is paired up with striking cover graphics to help you stand out from the crowd.

The notebooks feature a 13.3-inch screen, with various configurations available and the usual array of Asus features, including their Express Gate start-up, meaning you can get online in 8 seconds.

Two versions of the Fragrant range will be available, "Floral Blossom" and "Musky Black", with the latter model emitting, say Asus, a "playful scent", whatever that might be.

The Floral Blossom model is £649, whilst the Musky Black is £799.
