Samsung shows 40-inch OLED television
Prodigious prototype

Following yesterday's news of a paper-thin OLED display from the company, Samsung is continuing to impress at FPD International show with a 40-inch OLED display.
The panel offers a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, a color gamut of 107% NTSC and a luminance of 200cd/m2.
A Samsung spokesperson apprently revealed that this was the largest prototype OLED screen they could currently produce - but it's a long way off mass production.
