Samsung has developed a 4-inch, ultra-thin 0.05mm OLED display with 480 x 272 pixel resolution, 100,000:1 contrast and 200cd/m2 brightness.

It was unveiled at the FPD International 2008 show, and made Sony's OLED offering looks, well, fat.
