But Motorola deal not affected

Nokia phones with advanced photo technology from Kodak could be on the cards.
The two manufacturers have announced a patent license agreement which means that they will have access to each other’s intellectual property portfolio.
No financial details have been published.
Kodak already has a similar agreement with Nokia's rival, Motorola.
The deal was signed 2 years ago, and is to run for a total of 10 years.
A Kodak spokesman told Pocket-lint that this new Nokia agreement will not affect the relationship between Kodak and Motorola, whose collaboration led to the release of the ZN5 mobile phone, with its 5-megapixel sensor.
He told us: "In the technology world, lots of people talk to lots of other people".
