Surface Tension seems to have made it their mission to bring retro gaming back to life.

The company has already brought out the Internet Coffee Table and the Arcade Coffee Table.

But now it has redesigned the latter to include a 19-inch LCD screen, which is concealed within the glass panel on the top, while other controls are under the table.

Available in walnut or oak finish, the console in the table is compatible with MAME emulation software and features a dual core CPU, 2GB RAM, 160GB of hard drive, two sets of controls, Happ arcade buttons, Happ illuminated trackball, Sanwa joysticks, and volume controls.

And it's only £2999. Pah to the credit crunch.
