The Unfinished Swan is described as a first-person "painting game" that looks pretty spectacularly different to other options on the market at present.

This demo shows that it's as much art as shoot-em-up, and was recently showcased as part of the Tokyo Game Show "Sense of Wonder Night" indie game event.

Designer Ian Dallas is aiming to finish the game for March 2009, with a likely Xbox 360 release.
