Ok, it was the company banner motto and the giant iPod that reeled us in, but if you can’t bear to be away from your iPod whilst you hit the slopes this winter, then check out this offering from Surfanic. Taking a leaf out of Burton’s book (we’ve reported their Audex kit previously), they are offering the Royal iPod Jacket for chaps and Lambada iPod Jacket for the ladies.

Both jackets feature the normal collection of iPod connectory, so you don’t have be getting the player out of your pocket. Soft touch buttons on the sleeve give play/pause, track skip and volume controls. The jacket is fully washable too, so no worries about messing up the technology.

The Royal can be yours for £145, but lucky ladies only pay £140 for the Lambada. Gents can also get matching Grind Pants for £80, whilst the girlies win again with the matching Volta Pants coming in at £59.

"Yeah, we use the same system as everyone else", an enthusiastic salesman gushed.

Sell it to me, why don’t ya?
