Bloglines outage explained

Glitch fixed

22 October 2008 13:27 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

Regular Bloglines users will have noticed problems of late with certain feeds that they had subscribed to through the RSS reader service.

Pocket-lint's feeds appear to have been one of the affected, but it seems the problem has now been identified and fixed, so it should all be business as usual.

Eric Engleman has explained the hitch on the Bloglines blog: "Some folks might have noticed that specific feeds were not updating recently on Bloglines, and we wanted to update you and fill you in on what’s been going on. We have figured out what the glitch has been".

"Over the weekend, a fix was released on Bloglines to resolve the issue. All feeds should now be updating and back to normal."
