Ahead of the US press event tonight, some last minute imagery has emerged of the new Apple MacBooks due to launch.

Engadget has received a credible-looking spy shot that appears to tally with what's previously been reported while Gizmodo's Jesus Diaz has created a rather fetching mock-up from the leaked spec and pics.

Steve Jobs will unveil all a little later - tune back in some time after 6pm when we'll bring you all the official news.
